What mills pay the producer for a delivered log, by species, in $ per board foot (Roy scale), from the lists of the Alliance des propriétaires forestiers Laurentides-Outaouais (apflo.ca). Low, central and high grade: the average of the mills that publish a price. Gross mill prices, before union levy and trucking; a producer selling direct will ask at least that. Read by hand on 2026-09-27; each mill keeps its list date.
